Nixon Home Photos is a private service operated by the Nixon household for family use. By using it you agree to these terms.

Access

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created and may be disabled at any time by the administrator. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own family photos and videos. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other people’s data, or interfere with the service’s operation.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant the household administrator permission to store and process it on the server solely to provide the service (for example, generating thumbnails and search indexes).

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable or change at any time. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss of data or interruptions.
